Freelance House, based in UK, founded in 2013. has already enjoyed great popularity among students. They offer different writing services which include, but are not limited to essay writing, report writing, speech writing, dissertation and thesis writing, research and term paper writing services, etc. It’s not just about writing some else’s paper, but proofreading it as well. They not only do that, but they hire grad students all over the world.

Process of registration is rather straightforward. You simply fill out a form and they register you based on that form. When registered, you can simply order a service based on your needs and they’ll assign a writer to you. After you’ve discussed what you want and the paper is finished, you’ll get a JPG file so you can review their work and ask for potential revisions. After you’ve accepted the work, you’ll pay them the arranged fee and get a DOC file with your finalized paper.

My first impressions of the Freelance House website are mostly positive. I like the mixture of white, black and orange colors. This site was designed with a very distinctive purpose and that is to get the best return on investment as possible. Call-to-action buttons on a homepage slide show confirm my theory. Being on this website for the first time, I found it easy to use as those call-to-action buttons pointed me in the direction I wanted to go, so within a couple of seconds I knew what they were doing, how and when.  It is also worth mentioning a fixed horizontal navigation bar which greatly contributes to user experience.

There are minimum graphics throughout the homepage, and the graphics that are there are rather simple, fast loading and fit in nicely with the design. I particularly like the one showing Big Ben.

The site is very easy to navigate. Everything is where it should be. Content is informative and easy to read even for a guy like me.

Design is constant throughout the site. There’s a lack of images on every other page which I didn’t like very much. I’d like it if there were some graphics on each page so you could find relevant content more easily. I also like Freelance House logo which display a lion with a crown which reminded me of Game of thrones.

Loading time of the pages is very fast which is not surprising but even the homepage loads fast despite that image slide show I mentioned earlier. I didn’t find any broken links, just very well structured, relevant information.

I found their “Meet our team” page lacking because it lacked the actually members of the team. It only displays a list of teams. I didn’t find it particularly interesting as they have everything you’d expect for such a company  – Management,Aftercare team, Customer Support, the coding team and of course high quality writers team.

Another thing they could improve upon is their “Our services” page. I’d like it have a sidebar or a landing page listing all of their services or a landing page in place of a simple list of services they have now.

All things considered, this site is very informative and extremely easy to navigate, but the presentation of the content could be better by adding a picture here and there.
